His approach is grounded in understanding how design decisions affect the complete build—not simply meeting a number on a certificate.
Diala manages ERA’s operations, client communication and ongoing relationships, helping keep projects organised, information moving and expectations clear.
She works closely with clients and the assessment team to ensure responsive support from the initial request through to revisions and certification.
ERA’s assessors work across individual homes, display homes, repeat designs and residential developments—bringing consistency to projects of every scale.
